The French Meadows Forest Restoration Project at the Tahoe National Forest is a great example of forest restoration in action in California. This article highlights one of our California Registered Professional Foresters, Robert Galliano, leading a tour on the project site. We have been working on the French Meadows Restoration Project since 2016, performing stand exam plots, preparing NEPA and CEQA documents, completing vegetation management and economics specialist reports, and performing GIS analysis and mapping.
