External Referral Program. You can receive $500 for referring qualified employee candidates! Our External Referral Program has been designed to encourage referrals by non-employees. Here at MB&G, we’re looking to attract the highest quality employee candidates to support our projects and get them hired as soon as possible. Please contact Marketing for more information on how to refer a candidate. We will notify you when your referral applies online and determine if the referral meets the eligibility requirements. A successful candidate must interview for and accept an offer of full-time, regular employment with MB&G. In addition, they must begin their employment with MB&G within 3 months of being referred.
