Congratulations to Brendan Kelly who has passed the state licensing exam for his appraisal license. This commemorates years of hard work and commitment Brendan has put in to acquiring his State Certified General Appraiser License. Brendan has completed 300 hours of coursework and 3,000 hours of applicable experience as well as submitting application materials and sample reports. He has now achieved this important milestone on his first try. Congratulations, Brendan!
MB&G has been working with the Oregon Department of Transportation on Peregrine Falcon monitoring on Portland bridges since 2001 when ODOT first began monitoring efforts. Last week our team went up to the nest area to band the newest nest occupants. There were four eyases (nestlings): three female and one male.
