Last week, MB&G celebrated its 13th annual Foresters Day, an event that brings our foresters together each year to learn, collaborate, and strengthen connections across the company. This year’s event was held in Auburn, California. On the first day, participants visited several job sites throughout the Central Sierra to see firsthand how MB&G foresters manage a variety of forest properties and to share field experience and best practices. The second day shifted to the classroom, where teams discussed current forestry projects, emerging challenges, and innovative approaches to serving our clients throughout California.
Foresters Day is an important part of MB&G’s commitment to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and building strong relationships across our forestry teams. By bringing together field experience and technical expertise, we continue to strengthen our ability to provide high-quality forestry consulting services to our clients.

MB&G’s Mike Buffo hopped onto Coffee With Colleen last week to talk about the Timber Market Outlook. The Clallam County Economic Development Council (EDC) hosts a weekly virtual series called “Coffee with Colleen” every Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. Hosted by EDC Executive Director Colleen McAleer, the program features guest interviews and discussions on regional business, housing, and local development.
