MB&G Present to Speak on Workforce Retention at Forest Resources Assocations Western Regional Fall Meeting

MB&G President, Mike Lester, is attending the Forest Resources Association’s 2026 Western Region Fall Meeting this week. Tomorrow, he’ll be presenting on workforce retention in the forest products and natural resources industry, sharing some of the approaches MB&G has found valuable in building a strong, engaged, and long-lasting team.
