MB&G will be at the Association of Consulting Foresters national conference from June 10th-June 13th in Eugene, Oregon as a gold sponsor. MB&G staff will be attending and speaking at various points throughout the conference. Roger Lord and Rick Barnes will be speaking at a technical session discussing the events and impacts of the 2020 Labor Day Fires in Oregon. Our staff will also being talking on separate buses about MB&G’s work with ODOT on the Hazard Tree Debris Removal Monitoring Services Project on the way out to tour some of the fire’s sites. Field days often reveal more than what’s on the map. Recently, our foresters wrapped up a timber check cruise on scattered parcels in SW Oregon. Our role was to audit contractor cruise data and revisit plots to identify any potential discrepancies.
