The Western Forestry and Conservation Association will be holding its June meeting of the PNW Forest Sector Workforce Development Working Group on on 6/17 at 10am PT. June’s meeting topic will focus on Employee Retention Strategies and maintaining the workforce you have. Mike Lester, President of MB&G , will join to discuss creating a cohesive work culture when employees work remotely across multiple states, team-building activities to promote morale, and professional development opportunities.
