Roger Lord has announced that he will be retiring from Mason, Bruce & Girard in 2024. He will stay on through the summer to assist in the transition of his current clients and projects to other principals and associates. Phil Bailey, an associate at MB&G and senior appraiser, will take over leadership of the Appraisal Services Group.
Roger has been a full-time employee at MB&G since 2004 and a principal since 2014. He served as president of the company from 2016-2021, leading MB&G through its 100th anniversary. Since 2012, he has helped MB&G grow the appraisal line of business from a PNW-focused practice with a staff of two to the current staff of five licensed appraisers and a technical writer covering domestic as well as international assignments. Over that time, the team has appraised more than 36 million acres with a value of over $82 billion. His valuable contributions have been crucial to the long-term success of MB&G, and he will be missed. Thanks for all your hard work at MB&G Roger!
