Select MB&G staff are almost half way though their project management training course this year. Every year a handful of staff participate in five courses about project management to learn more about what it takes to be a project manager at MB&G . The first few courses focus on project scoping, budgeting and set up, as well as QA/QC, and how to communicate to clients. The course finishes with budget management and invoicing, and finally how to close out a project.
Not all of our staff who take this course will manage projects, but each one of our staff will end up helping on projects in some way or another. Understanding the company’s approach to project management helps our entire group understand the process and what it takes to run a successful project from start to finish.
