Slash-Burning Season is Coming

Fall officially starts today! Fall is the best time to perform slash-burning work as adjacent forests are too moist to burn. Here are a few photos staff from our Roseburg, Oregon office took overseeing a few slash-burning projects. Slash-burning is a form of fire mitigation designed to keep forests healthy and prevent dangerous wildfires by safely burning leaves, pine needles, downed trees, standing small trees, and thick vegetation. We are still in fire season for now, so be sure to check your local burn restrictions to see when slash-burning can officially begin in your area.
